The Service Fee covers:
- Free use of The Highlands Chalet
- Insurance on the building
- All utilities, including central air conditioning
- Cable television
- Limited transportation services
- Parking in a heated garage
- Maintenance of building, ground, and appliances
- Emergency medical response system
- Management expenses

Please note: We require each Highlander to pay a non-refundable processing fee of $150 upon reserving their suite, plus a down payment of 10% of the occupancy fee. The remaining 90% of the occupancy fee will be due within thirty (30) days of signing the Occupancy Agreement or before move-in if the resident needs to move in sooner than the 30 days.
