Marti Rosacker
Hillside Terrace Assisted Living Director

Marti has been with St. Luke Homes & Services since 1999 after the opening of Riverview Terrace Assisted Living. In 2005, she transferred to Hillside Terrace Assisted Living to become the new Director upon the completion of the facility.

Marti earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Entrepreneurial from Buena Vista University located in Storm Lake, Iowa.

She has a history of working in Healthcare and volunteerism with senior citizens.

Kerri Kofoot
Nursing Director

Kerri has been with St. Luke Homes and Services since 1994. She started at St. Luke Lutheran Nursing Home as a CNA and later advanced to an RN performing various roles. In 2005, Kerri joined the dedicated staff at Hillside Terrace as the Nursing Director. Her duties include monitoring the tenants overall health statuses, educating/training of PSA's, working with families, physicians, and area agencies to coordinate care.
Kerri is currently working on Bachelor’s of Nursing at the University of Iowa. She also serves as a clinical nurse instructor at Iowa Lakes Community College (ILCC) when not spending time on the St. Luke campus.  
Kerri is particularly fond of the continuum of care that St. Luke Homes and Services, Inc. provides, as the transition from home to assisted living to nursing home is encompassed in a one-step process with familiar surroundings and staff.

Frankie Weier
Activity/Service Coordinator

Frankie has been with St. Luke’s since 2004. She started at Riverview Terrace as a Personal Service Assistant. In 2005, Frankie joined the staff at Hillside Terrace when that facility opened.
She received her bachelor’s degree from Buena Vista University in 2008, majoring in Health Care Distribution. She is currently working towards her Health Care Administrator degree.

Frankie is the Activity/Service Coordinator at St. Luke's. She assists in planning activities, and helping the tenants continue their active lives. As a Service Coordinator, she supervises the PSAs, orders needed supplies, coordinates the food service program with St. Luke’s, and fills in for the Director as needed.
