Level I Service Tier
Basic Service Include:
- Two meals/day
- Cable television (SMU)
- Use of common areas
- Wellness checks
- Laundry facilities
- Storage Areas
- Secure building
- Medication management
- All utilites except telephone
- Light housekeeping
- Planned social activities
- Assistance with Activities of Daily Life (ADLs)
- Access to beauty/barber shop
- Health assessment/monitoring
- Nurse on call 24 hours/day
- Priority admission to St. Luke Nursing Home
Level II & III Service Tiers
As needs Increase, Services May Increase to Level II & III, Which
May Include Any of the Following:
- Daily assistance with ADL's
- Daily housekeeping
- Daily medication management
- Monitoring of medical needs
- Three meals a day
- Manageable incontinence care
- Assistance with transfers or ambulation
