he Lee Holt Center for Adult Day Services opened in 1997 as an adult day health center, located on the campus of St. Luke Homes and Services, Inc. The center was named in honor of Senator Lee Holt -- a Spencer resident, who was a life-long supporter of the St. Luke Campus since it's inception in 1963. Mr. Holt passed away in January 1997, but his memory remains alive at the St. Luke Campus.

At the Lee Holt Center for Adult Day Service, we understand many families wish to keep loved ones at home as long as possible. However, intense, around-the-clock care giving may be overwhelming to the primary caregiver.

The Lee Holt Center for                           Adult Day Service was designed with caregivers and dependent adults in mind.

Adult Day Service provides individual physical, emotional and social interaction through a variety of group and individual activities. Dependent adults will enjoy the supervised and relaxed setting of The Lee Holt Center for  Adult Day Service.
