Nancy Ketcham
Riverview Terrace Director

Nancy began her career with the dedicated staff at St. Luke HOmes & Services, Inc. as the Activity Director for St. Luke Lutheran Nursing Home. In 1999, she began working as the Director of Riverview Terrace Assisted Living upon completion of the facility.

She received her Associate's of Science Degree in Healthcare Administration from Iowa Lakes Communicty College (ILCC) in 1998. Nancy then went on to further her education at Buena Vista University located in Storm Lake, Iowa, where she earned a Bachelor's degree in Human Services in 2002.

Nancy has worked within the long-term healthcare industry since June of 1973 working as a nurse's aide, Activity Director at St. Luke Lutheran Nursing Home, and now serving as the Director for Riverview Terrace Assisted Living.

"I have alsways loved working with the elderly. I enjoy the challenges, rewards, and satisfaction of providing a quality of life and living for our tenants," Nancy states.

Cathy Kirschbaum

Cathy Kirschbaum
Health Service Coordinator

Cathy has been employed with St. Luke Homes & Services, Inc. since 1986 when she began working for St. Luke Lutheran Nursing Homes as a treatment nurse in wound care and as a nurse supervisor. In 1999, she moved her nursing experience to Riverview Terrace Assisted Living after they opened their doors. Cathy currently serves as the Health Services Coordinator for the Riverview Terrace facility.

Cathy's responsibilities include: supervising the personal service assistants in providing service to the tenants, processing physician orders, health screenings, and coordinating a tenant directed service plan.

She received her LPN degree from Antonian School of Practical Nursing located in Carroll, Iowa in 1966.

Cathy is pleased to have worked in long term care environments, nursing home and assisted living. She enjoys the assisted lviing concept because it allows tenants to direct their own health care.

Lisa Small

Lisa Small
Registered Nurse (RN)

Lisa has been employed with St. Luke Homes & Services, Inc. since 1994. She has held various roles for the senior living community including: Float Nurse, Charge Nurse, and a Care Plan Coordinator. Lisa now serves as Riverview Terrace Assisted Living's Registered Nurse (RN).

Lisa enjoys the fun activities Riverview Terrace Assisted Living offers its tenants to participate in due to the brimming happiness that lights up each and every one of their faces. The tenants of Riverview Terrace frequently tell her of the joy the wonderful activities brings to their lives, and are thankful for the very helpful and caring staff that make that happen.

Kim Robinson

Kim Robinson
Service Coordinator

Kim has been employed at Riverview Terrace since 2008 working as the Service Coordinator.

Kim attended Iowa Lakes Community College (ILCC) where she studied Health Care Administration, and also attended Simpson College located in Indianola, Iowa where she received a Bachelor of Art's degree.

Before joining the lively team at Riverview Terrace, Kim worked in the furniture business for 25 years in the states of California and Washington. She hopes to be able to apply her customer service skills in working with the tenants of Riverview Terrace to make their stay enjoyable.

Lisa Hansen

Lisa Hansen
Activity Coordinator

Lisa has been employed with St. Luke Homes & Services, Inc. since August of 1990 when she began working for St. Luke Lutheran Nursing Home as a Nurse's Aide. In 1999, she transferred to Riverview Terrace Assisted Living after they opened their doors to work in the Adult Day Center as a PSA. In 2001, Lisa became the Coordinator for the Adult Day Center until January 2009 when they closed their doors. Lisa then was brought on as the Activity Coordinator for Riverview Terrace where she continues to hold the position today.

Lisa thoroughly enjoys working with the elderly, and hopes to continue dedicating herself to her job through the activities that bring joy to the tenants' everyday lives for many years to come.
