- Each additional tenant per unit is charged $1,700 per month.
- Level services is based on a point system from the Functional Assessment & Service Plan.
- Assessment tools & Occupancy Agreement are available upon request.

- Nurse on-call 24 hours a day
- Priority Admission to St. Luke Lutheran Nursing Home, subject to availability
