In my career, I have honed exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Interacting with residents and their families requires more than just medical expertise: it necessitates empathy, patience and an unwavering commitment to addressing tenants needs and concerns. These skills are invaluable in the healthcare field, especially when engaging with residents and their families. I understand the importance of being empathetic, patient, and attentive to the needs and concerns of those under my care.
Outside of my professional life, my heart lies with my family. I am a proud parent of three wonderful children and a grandparent to four lovely grandchildren.
